Nylon fiber fabrics can be divided into three categories: pure, blended and interwoven fabrics, each of which contains many varieties.
Nylon pure spinning fabric
Various fabrics made of nylon silk, such as nylon taffeta, nylon crepe, etc. It is woven with nylon filament, so it is smooth, firm and durable, and the price is moderate. It also has the disadvantage that the fabric is easy to wrinkle and not easy to recover.
01.Taslon
Taslon is a kind of nylon fabric, including jacquard taslon, honeycomb taslon, and all matte taslon. Uses: high-grade clothing fabrics, ready-made clothing fabrics, golf clothing fabrics, high-grade down jacket fabrics, highly waterproof and breathable fabrics, multi-layer composite fabrics, functional fabrics, etc.
① Jacquard taslon: the warp yarn is made of 76dtex (70D nylon filament, and the weft yarn is made of 167dtex (150D nylon air textured yarn); the fabric fabric is interwoven on the water jet loom with a double flat jacquard structure. The fabric width is 165cm, and the weight per square meter is 158g. There are varieties of purple red, grass green, light green and other colors. The fabric has the advantages of not easy to fade and wrinkle, and strong color fastness.
② Honeycomb taslon: the fabric warp yarn is 76dtex nylon FDY, the weft yarn is 167dtex nylon air textured yarn, and the warp and weft density is 430 pieces/10cm × 200 pieces/10cm, interwoven on the water jet loom with faucet. Double layer plain weave is basically selected. The cloth surface forms a honeycomb lattice. The grey cloth is first relaxed and refined, alkali deweighted, dyed, and then softened and shaped. The fabric has the characteristics of good breathability, dry feel, soft and elegant, comfortable wearing, etc.
③ Full matting tasron: the fabric warp yarn adopts 76dtex full matting nylon – 6FDY, and the weft yarn adopts 167dtex full matting nylon air textured yarn. The most outstanding advantage is that it is comfortable to wear, with good warmth retention and air permeability.
02. Nylon Spinning
Nylon spinning (also known as nylon spinning) is a kind of spinning silk fabric made of nylon filament. After bleaching, dyeing, printing, calendering and creasing, the nylon spinning has smooth and fine fabric, smooth silk surface, soft hand feeling, light, firm and wear-resistant, bright color, easy washing and quick drying.
03. Twill
Twill fabrics are fabrics with clear diagonal lines woven from twill weave, including brocade/cotton khaki, gabardine, crocodine, etc. Among them, the nylon/cotton khaki has the characteristics of thick and tight cloth body, tough and straight, clear grain, wear resistance, etc.
04.Nylon oxford
Nylon oxford cloth is woven with coarse denier (167-1100dtex nylon filament) warp and weft yarns in plain weave structure. The product is woven on a water jet loom. After dyeing, finishing and coating, the grey cloth has the advantages of soft handle, strong drapability, novel style and waterproof. The cloth has the luster effect of nylon silk.
